We understand, that sometimes your purchase just doesn’t work out as planned. If you need to process a return, here’s how:
We accept returns for exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Proof of purchase is required and all items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Any custom orders, flash sale items, or items reduced more than 40% are considered final sale.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that all returns are packed as they were received and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged in transit products. Upon reception of the returned product(s), the refund/exchange will be issued and payments will be refunded onto the original method of payment.
